1、Anodizing

The out-put of anodizing line is more than 1000 tons per month, we can produce the colors which are popular at oversea market below:

The thickness of anodizing can be between 5um to 18um,The standard thickness of anodizing is 10um.

2、Sandblasting

Sandblasting is a new and popular technology of making matt surface on the aluminum extrusion profiles, it's done after extrusion but before anodizing, it will make the surface of profile much shining than making general matt anodizing only. 

3、Powder Coated

We have three powder coating lines, including Vertical and Horizontal lines, can produce almost all kind of colors according to samples from customers.

Thickness of powder coated is between 40um to 120um.

4、Wood Grain Painted

The out-put of wood grain coated is more than 300 tons per month, we can produce the wood styles which are popular at oversea market.

The thickness of coated can be between 60um to 120um。

It’s popular at Windows, doors, kitchen cabinet, curtain rail and so on.

5、Processing after extrusion

Aluminum extrusion profiles is half finished products, maybe your profiles are used for heat sink, floor strip, supporter, Cover or any other things. So you need to cut them in short length, or make any holes or any other processing after extrusion and before painting.

6、Small and Thin profiles

The out-put of thin and small profiles are really very small,so the producing time is really very long,the cost is much higher than the general ones.In the other hand, small and thin profiles are difficult for extrusion and have to use the good first hand raw material.

We can produce them for you without any problem,the min thickness which we can do is 0.3mm,the min sizes which we can do is 5mm*5mm.
